Privacy policy

This policy describes the current launch-preview website at primalsprout.com. The site does not currently accept orders, payment details, account registrations, or on-site newsletter submissions.

Information you choose to send

If you email contact@primalsprout.com, we receive the address, message, and information you include. Use email only for information you are comfortable sending; do not send payment-card, health-record, government-ID, or other sensitive data.

Optional Google Analytics

On the production custom domain, a choice banner asks before Google Analytics loads. Analytics remains off unless you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, the site sends a small allowlist: sanitized page views, product-story engagement, education-page engagement, and contact or launch-interest CTA clicks. It does not send form fields, names, email addresses, health interests, label contents, or URL query strings. Google Signals, advertising storage, and ad personalization are disabled.

The verified GA4 property is “Primal Sprout,” web stream “Primal Sprout Web,” measurement ID G-100YZH7QHK. The first-party preference ps_analytics_consent_v1 remembers allow or decline. Analytics is suppressed on localhost and preview domains.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. If analytics is allowed, Google may process device/network data under its terms. The page path sent by Primal Sprout excludes the query string.

Cookies and changing your choice

Before consent, Primal Sprout does not load the Google tag. Allowing analytics permits Analytics storage; declining keeps it denied. You can clear the site preference in your browser to show the choice again, or use a browser privacy control. Commerce and advertising cookies are not active.

Sharing and retention

Email and ordinary hosting data may be processed by service providers that support communication, hosting, security, analytics when allowed, or legal compliance. We do not sell personal information. Email is retained only as reasonably needed for the conversation, records, security, or law.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you sent, subject to legal and security exceptions. Contact contact@primalsprout.com.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and products are not presented for children.

Commerce changes

Before checkout opens, this policy will identify the commerce, payment, fulfillment, and any additional consent flows actually in use.
